Perhaps there is a good of football who sees the scorelines and winners of games before it is played but over the weekend that football 'God' was not on duty as a popular prophet Badu Kobi got his football predictions wrong.

Founder and General Overseer of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi perhaps jinxed the samba boys of Brazil as he predicted that the Copa America finals between the host nation Brazil and fierce rivals Argentina was going to be won by the Samba boys.

On Saturday, July 10, 2021, Prophet Badu Kobi prophesied that the spirit of the Lord has revealed to him that Brazil will truamph over Argentina to win the Copa America cup.

He said this in a Facebook live video posted on his wall that it was going to be an easy victory for Brazil.

The controversial man of God said that is what God had revealed to him that Lionel Messi is part of Argentina but the night belongs to the Samba Boys as it was their night.

"Brazil will win, Argentina will not win, Messi is part of Argentina he is a great footballer but the night is not for them. The cup is for Brazil and Brazil will win this cup.

"That is what the spirit of the lord has revealed to me, Brazil will win this cup and so that is what the spirit of the lord has told me and that is what I'm delivering to all those who are following me to all those who want to know what will happen.

"Brazil will win this cup tonight so shall it be and I'm saying this hours before the match is played so that you get to know that the spirit of the lord is truth he reveals and so it is Brazil will win this cup tonight thank you!" he adds.

Argentina won their first major title in 28 years on Saturday and Lionel Messi finally won his first medal in a blue-and-white shirt when an Angel Di Maria goal gave them a 1-0 win over Brazil and a record-equalling 15th Copa America.
