Ghanaian forward Eugene Ansah was on the scoresheet for his Israeli side Hapoel Beersheva in a pre-season friendly game against Gornik Zabrze on Wednesday.

The winger scored twice as his side defeated the Polish team 3-0 in a pre-season friendly match as they prepare for the the 2021/2022 season.

Ansah netted his first goal a minute after restart of the second half before grabbing his brace with a well taken strike seven minutes later.

Beersheva made sure of the results with a third goal which was an own goal scored by the Polish side in the 61st minute of the game.

The 26-year old  joined Beersheva from Hapoel Raanana in the Israeli Premier League on a three-year deal this summer.

In a fortnight Hapoel Beersheva will play against the Bulgarian side Arda Karadzali in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
