A legion of ex-Ghana stars came together to play a testimonial match in honour of their ex colleague and famed goalkeeper Ali Jarra.

The former Black Stars and Hearts of Oak shot-stopper’s budding football career was abruptly truncated after sustaining an injury which left him paralyzed while on international duty back in 1993.

This match commemorated 25 years of disability with some former football heroes he featured alongside in his hay days.

The former goalie has now ventured into the training of goalkeepers in his bid to give back to the society, producing over 30 goalkeepers in the process.

Some of the ex players who turned out for the testimonial include Samuel Osei Kuffuor, Laryea Kingston, Anthony Baffour, Ibrahim Tanko, Godwin Attram, Stephen Appiah, Yaw Acheampong, Felix Aboagye among others.
