FULL MESSAGE BELOW:

Dear Sir, I just read your report on the death of former GFA President Alhaji Jawula. I am so sad to hear this sad news today.

I, therefore, take this opportunity to send my condolences to his entire family. May the highest GOD give them the necessary strength to stand these hard times, especially his son whom I met a year ago at the Komfo Anokye Hospital to present a Track Suite with his father's name at the back to be given to him on my last Ghana visit. I am Isaac Otoo. A former RTU, GOLDFIELDS AND ASANTE KOTOKO PLAYER.

Also a former Black Satellite and Black Stars player. Alhaji Jawula was my Chairman in my two years stint with RTU. He was a great Chairman. Although we have still been in contact, the last time I saw him personally was in 1998 when Blck Stars played a goalless draw with German 2nd division side Nuremberg.

He was then the vice Chairman of GFA and the late coach Arday was Black Stars Coach. I came in as a substitute in the second half.

May the soul of this great Chairman rest in perfect peace.
