Ashford Tetteh Oku and his CLOSEmarking Consult (CMC) have aided Aduana Stars in getting a FIFA ruling ordering Club Africain to pay them more than $120,000 plus interest for the signing of their former striker Derrick Sasraku.

The striker was transferred to the North African side by Aduana Stars in 2018 for a fee of $120,000 but the North Africans have failed to pay a dime to Aduana Stars since.

It was agreed then that they will pay the $120,000 in two installments should the player's International Transfer Certificate (ITC) arrive.

The first installment of $60,000 that was to have been paid on August 26 was not honoured while the second installment was to have been paid on 11th November 2018 but it was also not paid.

Since then Aduana Stars through the Ghana Football Association have made several attempts to get the money but to no avail.

The Ogya boys then hired the services of Ashford Tetteh Oku and his CMC to institute action against Club Africaine at FIFA.

FIFA then  ruled on 25th August this year that Club Africain must pay the initial $60,000 plus five percent interest per annum from August 2018 to September 2020.

With the second installment the Tunisian side had to pay $60,000 plus five percent interest from November 2018- September 2020.

Cost of CHF 3,000 has also been awarded against Club Africaine by FIFA.

If they fail to heed to the FIFA order the will be banned from signing players locally and Internationally for three consecutive registration windows.

The player also in April got a FIFA ruling in his favour instructing the club to pay him over $79,000 being entitlement arrears, $47,000 for breach of contract plus 18% interest per annum from August 2019.
