Ghanaian midfielder Forson Amankwah was on the score sheet for his side FC Liefering in the Austrian second tier league as he scored his first goal and also provided an assist.

The former WAFA youngster curled home a low shot in the 22nd minute to double his side's lead as they romped to a 6-2 win over SK Rapid II.

FC Liefering got into the lead in the 19th minute with a goal from Luka Reischl before Forson Amankwah added the second goal three minutes later.

Daouda Guindo added the third goal of the match for the home side in the 39th minute before Marko Djakovic reduced the deficit on stroke of halftime to make it 3-1.

A minute later Luka Reischl made it 4-1 to give the home side a three goal advantage before halftime.

Malian Nene Dorgeles made it 5-1 for the home side in the 51stminute with a nicely weighted pass from Forson Amankwah to put the game beyond SK Rapid II.

Daouda Gunido grabbed his brace and the sixth goal for his side as they made it 6-1 before Nicholas Wunsch made it 6-2 from the penalty spot for the away side.

The Ghanaian lasted the whole duration of the game as he scored and assisted in his seventh league game.
