At its 30th Ordinary Session on August 27, 2024, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Congress unanimously approved the appointment of ten members to the Appeals Committee for a four-year term, running until August 26, 2028.
- Chairperson: Lawyer David Asumda has been appointed as the Chairperson of the committee.
- Vice-Chairperson: Lawyer Godwin Mensah Sackey has been appointed as the Vice-Chairperson, joining the committee as a new member.
The committee comprises both retained and newly appointed members:

- Dr. Bella Bello Bitugu
- Abdul Azziz Musah
- Lawyer Emmanuel Kwesi Opare-Wiredu
- Frank Okyere Addo
- New Members:
- Lawyer Emmanuel Augustus Amissah
- Lawyer Mark Achel
- Lawyer Winfred Sola Aklamati
Formed under Article 58 of the GFA Statutes, the Appeals Committee is responsible for handling appeals related to the decisions made by other GFA judicial bodies.
The committee will play a key role in ensuring fair and transparent governance within Ghanaian football over the next four years.
