The Ghana Football Association's elective congress to elect Constituent bodies for Executive council is currently underway at the GFA secretariat.

Madam Habiba Atta Forson has already won the only slot for Women's football after beating off competition from her closest rival Evelyn Nsiah Asare and Rosalind Amoh.

For the Regional Football Association's they are to elect two representatives and the Eastern regional FA boss Linford Boadu Asmoah won the first round with 4 votes with the closest rivals Salifu Zida and Robert Duncan all pulling 3 votes each ending in a tie.

Simon Ehomah had 2 votes with Osei Tutu Agyeman had just one.

In the tie breaking elections held between Salifu Zida and Robert Duncan they each had 4 votes with two spoilt ballots meaning they could not be separated after two rounds of election.

It went into another tie breaking elections for the third time between the two named above but yet there was nothing to separate them as they each had 4 apiece with 2 spoilt ballot.

Per article 30 of the GFA regulations the elections will come off tomorrow morning after several tie breaks between the two.
