The division one league has elected it's representatives to the Executive Council with 9 persons jostling for a place on the 12 member executive council.

Three persons emerged winners with the like of Randy Abbey president of division one league side Kpando Hearts of Lions getting 26 votes while Mark Addo garnered 25 with Samuel Anim Addo getting 19 to complete the list of elected members for the division one league on the executive council.

The nine contestant were Abdul Karimu  Grunzah , Otuo Acheampong Barima Boadu, Kweku Abaka Eyiah, Eric Oppong Yeboah, Ransford Abbey, Justice Boison, Samuel Anim Addo, Gideon Fosu and Mark Addo.

The first three were elected on to the executive council with Randy Abbey getting 26 votes, Mark Addo polling 25 while Samuel Anim Addo got 19 votes.

Veteran Alhaji Grunzah failed to get the top job as he garnered 10 votes while veteran Sports journalist Otuo Acheampong Sometymer also failed to make the cut with on 14 votes.

Lawyer Kwaku Eyiah had 7, Justice Boison had 13, Gideon Fosu 17 and Eric Oppong Yeboah 4.
