The 31st Ordinary Session of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Congress will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

The date and venue were fixed by the Executive Council under Article 31(2) of the GFA Statutes 2019, which empowers the Council to determine such details and mandates that members be informed in writing at least ten days in advance.

According to the statutes, Congress must meet once every football season, typically before the start of the new campaign.

In line with Article 31(3), a formal convocation will be sent to members at least seven days prior to the meeting.

This will include the agenda, activity report, financial statements, auditors’ report, and other relevant documents.

Delegates and stakeholders are advised to take note of the scheduled date and make the necessary preparations for the session.
