Ghana international Daniel Opare is set for an imminent transfer to Turkish giants Besiktas this summer.

Opare has endured a difficult last few months after Bundesliga side Augsburg terminated his contract in February for holding talks with Schalke 04.

The 27 year old who will become a free agent on June 30 when his contract with the German club expires looks to have found a new home in Instabul.

According to reports in Turkey, Opare who spent the second half of the 2014/15 season on loan at Beşiktaş from Porto, has been listed as a prime target for the Black Eagles, who have offered him a three year deal.

Opare has been linked to the likes of FC Schalke 04, Leicester City and Celtic in recent months.

The former Real Madrid man made 17 appearances for Augsburg this season.
