Black Stars left back Baba Abdul Rahman played for the Chelsea U-23 squad in the Premier League 2 on Friday afternoon as they humiliated Manchester United by 6-1.

Baba Rahman was very instrumental for the Blues development squad as they easily brushed aside the efforts of Manchester United.

Despite £10million summer signing Facundo Pellistri being named in the starting line-up, the Uruguayan failed to make an impact as Faustino Anjorin stole the show

Marcel Lewis and Faustino Anjorin both netted a brace for Chelsea, while Jude Soonsup-Bell and Charlie Brown added the other two goals.

In the final 10 minutes of the game, Joe Hugil netted the only consolation goal for the Manchester United team.

The Ghanaian fullback last 70 minutes on the field before he was replaced by Pierre Elimby-Ekwah.

Baba Rahman since returning from his last loan spell in Spain which was plagued by injuries has been training and playing with the Chelsea Development squad but will definitely seek another loan spell in January.
