Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Cofie has hailed the team spirit and unit in Sporting Gijon squad.

He joined the Rojiblancos on a three-year deal this summer after ending his long stay with Italian side Genoa.

The 26-year-old, who was a free agent following the expiration of his contract at Italian club was initially linked with a move to Russia and Turkey before opting for Molinon Stadium outfit, who are eyeing a qualification to La Liga next season.

Cofie has featured in all three games for Sporting Gijon in the Spanish Segunda campaign so far, helping them to two wins and a draw.

He took to his Instagram page to share a powerful picture of the Gijon squad working together with the caption;
