Defending champions FC Samartex 1996 will host Nsoatreman FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena, while Basake Holy Stars welcome Karela United, and Nations FC square off against GoldStars FC at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

A crucial encounter between two winless teams is set for the Nana Agyemang Badu 1 Park, where Aduana FC will host Dreams FC on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Legon Cities' match against Asante Kotoko and Bechem United’s home clash against Medeama SC, both scheduled for October 6, have been postponed.
