Ghanaian midfielder Fatau Mohammed has signed for Iraqi side Zakho FC in the current summer transfer window.

The player joined the team as a free agent after he reached an agreement with the Iraqi side.

He was without a club after last playing for Indian side Mohammedan SC in India where his contract expired in February 2021.

Since he is  joining as a free agent the player stands to get a fat signing on bonus from his Iraqi side.

Fatau Mohammed, 28, has vast experience as he has played for nearly a dozen clubs across the club.

The defensive midfielder has in the past played for clubs such as Granada, Rayo Vallecano, UD Almería, Gaziantepspor,Al Qadisiyah, Kuwait SC among others.
