Ghanaian midfielder, Jude Arthur, has officially completed his transfer to Chattanooga Football Club in the MLS Next Pro league.

The 24-year-old has inked a two-year deal with the option to extend for another year, departing from Georgian side Samgurali Tskaltubo.

While Arthur joined the American club last month, his debut has been momentarily postponed due to the processing of his P1 Visa.

However, anticipation is high as he prepares to bring his wealth of experience to bolster Chattanooga's ambitions for the 2024 season.

Speaking on the acquisition, Head Coach and Sporting Director Rod Underwood expressed confidence in Arthur's abilities, particularly highlighting his potential to provide stability in midfield.

Underwood emphasized Arthur's technical prowess, mobility, and defensive acumen as qualities that align perfectly with the club's objectives.

Arthur's journey to Chattanooga traces back to his roots at the renowned Liberty Professionals Academy.

His professional career commenced in Europe, where he donned the jerseys of SJK Seinäjoki and FC Haka in Finland before making the move to Georgia.

In a statement, Arthur conveyed his excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to join Chattanooga FC, recognizing it as a significant milestone in his career.

He expressed his eagerness to contribute to the club's legacy and growth, aiming to become an integral part of its history.

With Arthur's arrival, Chattanooga FC aims to strengthen its midfield and build upon its storied legacy in American football, backed by the enthusiastic support of its passionate fanbase.
