Ghanian striker Benjamin Acheampong has completed a loan move from Zamalek to Egyptian Premier League side Tala’a El-Geish.

The diminutive marksman joined Africa giants Zamalek in a big money move from El Dakhleya Sporting Club at the start of the Egyptian Premier League last season.

However, the 27-year-old struggled to churn out regular playing time before he was shipped out on loan to Petrojet in the second half of the season.

The former Asante Kotoko forward will look to get back to his best after becoming the club’s latest major signing after deals for Ahmed Gaafar, Ahmed Samy, Islam Serry, and Mohamed Aboul-Magd.

Acheampong was part of the Kotoko squad that won the league in 2012 under Maxwell Konadu.
