Ghanaian winger  Joseph Mensah, 26, is close to sighing for Romanian Liga 1 side FC Politehnica Iași in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The forward is a free agent after leaving Israeli side Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv in August when his contract expired.

He is in advanced talks to sign for the club from  Copoului Hill and will have his medical examination with the Romanian side in the coming weeks as personal terms has been sorted out.

The right winger has so far played for the Israeli band Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv.

He also played in Liga I for Sepsi Sf. Gheorghe, in the 2018-2019 season, scoring for the Covasna team 3 goals in 26 matches.

Mensah has also played for Liberty Professionals  in Ghana, Slavia Prague in Czech Republic, Horsens Denmark and Istanbul in Turkey).

The Ghanaian is among several transfers the club is working on in the current transfer window as they bid to improve on their squad in the transfer window.
