Ghanaian talent Abdul Rashid Adam has had the opportunity to meet fellow countryman Mohammed Kudus while on trial at English Premier League side West Ham United.

The former Ghana U17 left-back has been training with the club for the past two weeks after being offered a trial opportunity.

During his time at the London Olympic Stadium, Adam took the chance to meet Kudus, who warmly welcomed him.

Kudus, currently serving a five-game ban following his red card in the October 19, 2024, Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur, was unable to play but shared his experiences with Adam.

West Ham's technical director, Tim Steidten, approved Adam’s trial, allowing him to train with the U18 squad.

The young defender, who plays for Benab FC in Ghana's Division 2, has already represented Ghana at the U20 level.

Known for his versatility, Adam can play both as a left-back and left centre-back.

He is particularly recognized for his attacking ability, often pushing forward to deliver precise crosses—a skill he admires in Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold.
