Ghana's 2022 FIFA World Cup group H opponent, Korea Republic will play against African giants Egypt in their last of four friendly matches lines up in June.

The Asian giants have lined up matches with countries who are from the various continents of opponents they will face at the group stage.

The Korea Football Association announced that the Korean national football team, led by coach Paulo Bento, will face the Egyptian national team at 8 pm on the 14th of June at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Korea's first friendly was  played this morning against World footballing giants Brazil where  they were handed a hefty 5-1 defeat.

Everton striker Richarlison opened the scores in the 7th minute fo the game before the home side pulle parity in the  31st  minute through Ui-Jo Hwang.

But on the stroke of  half time, PSG star Neymar restored Brazil's lead from the penalty spot to make it  2-1.

The Brazilians added three more goals in the second half through Neymar again from the spot in the 57th minute, Phillipe Coutinho in the 80th minute and a late one from Man City's Gabriel Jesus in added on time.

The Korea Football Association also said, "The Egyptian Football Association has already announced the list of players playing in overseas leagues who will play during this match, and Salah is also included," he said.

Egypt is ranked 32nd in the FIFA rankings, three places lower than Korea (29th).

The record between the two countries is good with 5 wins, 7 draws and 5 losses for Korea.

In the recent friendly match held at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in 2005, Korea lost 0-1.

Paulo Bento and his Korean side after the Brazil game will play against Chile at the Daejeon World Cup Stadium on the 6th June, and Paraguay at the Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 10th June.

The last match will be played against Egypt on the 14th June, 2022 as they prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The Football Association had originally planned to play the match against Argentina on the 14th, but it was canceled due to circumstances on the Argentine side.

Since then, they have been busily looking for new opponents, and in the end they succeeded in creating a matchup that would attract a lot of fans' attention in Egypt in what is dubbed Hueng Ming Son vrs Mo Salah.
