NEW DELHI: Facing issues in accessing/using some of the Google services properly? You are not alone. Many users across the globe are reporting issues while using Gmail, YouTube, Google Drive and other Google services. According to Down Detector website, Gmail and YouTube started facing issues around 7.30am today. Later several users also started reporting issues with other Google services such as Google Drive, Google Maps and Google Play services.
In a statement, Google too has acknowledged the issue. "We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by 3/13/19, 11:14 AM detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Users will have issues accessing or attaching files in various products. This includes Gmail and Drive. Gmail: Attaching or accessing attachments, as well as accessing and saving draft emails and sending emails. Drive: Upload and download of files," said the company in the latest update posted at 10.14 am. The company posted the update on the page that offers performance information for Google services.
Most reports of outage have been reported from the the US, Canada, Japan, Malaysia and Australia. However, some users in India too are reportedly facing issues in accessing Google services.
Some users affected by the outage claim that they are not able to send or receive emails. "Message could not be sent. Check your network and try again," is the message that these users said comes while sending email.

Some Google Maps users too are said to be facing issues. Many users reported that they were greeted with a Black screen when they tried using the Street View feature.
