Accra Hearts  of Oak for the second time running this week lost very late in a league game to a relegation threatened side.

Last Sunday it was King Faisal but on Wednesday  afternoon, Techiman  City left  it late to stun the  MTN FA Cup finalist by  2-1 at the Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman.

The game was scheduled to be played on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, but was rescheduled due to  a swine-flu outbreak of Influenza in the Hearts of Oak camp.

Hearts started  the game on the front foot as they opened  the scores  as early as the 12th minute through Kwadwo Obeng Junior.

Tetteh Nortey pulled parity for the home side before half time as the home side upped the ante.

The host pushed for the winner and it duly arrived in stoppage time with Moro Sumaila scoring to send the home fans  into delirium.

Eleven Wonders with the win have jumped out of the relegation  zone with two games  to spare as they now lie 15th whiles RTU have been pushed into the drop zone.
