King Faisal continued their struggles in the Ghana Premier League as they were held 0-0 at home to Ashantigold.

The struggling side made frantic efforts to break the deadlock but the Ashgold rearguard stood tall.

In the third minute top scorer for King Faisal, Kwame Peprah hit a fierce strike but was parried away by Ashgold goalie Kofi Mensah before Frimpong Boateng hit wide the rebound.

Awudu Mohammed hit the post in the 29th minute before Richard Osei Agyeman cleared the danger.
