Ghana female star Grace Asantewaa made her debut for Spanish side EDF Logroño Feminino in their 1-1 draw at UDG Tenerife Egatesa on Saturday.

The Black Queens playmaker was impressive in midfield and lasted 74 minutes.

The 18 year old joined the club last week on a one-year deal from Ampem Darkoaa Ladies.

She was named best player in the Normalisation Committee Women's special competition.

Asantewaa has six international caps and scored two goals for the Black Queens.

The former Ghana youth international has represented the country in the FIFA U17 and U20 World Cup finals.
