Ghanaian champions Hasaacas Ladies have secured a place in the finals of the CAF Women's Champions League qualifying tournament after beating Burkinabe side Union Sportive des Forces Armees on Monday.

Hasaacas Ladies defeated the USFA by 2-0 to reach the finals of the maiden tournament in Ivory Coast.

It a quick turn around for them as they bounced back from opening day defeat against Rivers Angels of Nigeria to secure a place in the finals.

The Ghanaian champions struck the bar twice but were third time lucky when they took the lead in the game on the stroke of half time as Veronica Appiah headed home a cross from the left flank in the 44th minute.

Evelyn Badu's vicious free kick struck the bar before it was cleared to safety while Perpetual Agyekum also struck the side of the goal post with another free kick.

The Ghanaian champions went into the break with a solitary lead but they came out all guns blazing in the second half and made sure of the results.

Doris Boaduwaa made the scoreline safe as she scored the clincher in the 57th minute after been teed up by Appiah.
