Ghanaian champions Accra Hearts of Oak have arrived in Ghana after suffering a humiliating 6-2 aggregate defeat at the hands of Moroccan side WAC of Morocco last Sunday.

The phobians were evicted from the CAF Champions in brutal fashion as a swashbuckling WAC side took no prisoners and sent Hearts to the cleaners with an emphatic 6-1 defeat.

Hearts of Oak after the defeat on Sunday arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Tuesday around 12pm.

They will now prepare for the Ghana Premier League title defence which begins over the weekend with Hearts set to face Legon Cities in the season's opening game.

Hearts of Oak will face Algerian side JS Saoura in CAF Confederations Cup play off with the  first leg  coming off  in Accra between 26-28th November while the second leg coming up on the 3-5th December at the Stade 20 Août in Bechar.
