Champion club Accra Hearts of Oak have finalised the signing of striker Isaac Agyenim Boateng, becoming their first player to join the Phobians in next season's campaign.

The 25-year old has joined the Phobians on a five-year deal after a successful medicals on Thursday.

The former Medeama SC goal poacher had his medicals on Thursday alongside WAFA SC duo of Enock Asubonteng and Konadu Yiadom, who are also in the process of joining the 21 times league Champions.

Considered as a darling boy of coach Samuel Boadu, Agyenim Boateng is expected to strengthen the attack of Hearts of Oak that already boast of Victor Aidoo, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Kojo Obeng Jnr and host of others.

Boateng left Medeama in May 2021 after the Tarkwa-based club decided not to renew his contract with the club four seasons.

He becomes the latest Hearts of Oak signing this month as they seek to strengthen their squad for next season’s CAF Champions League.

He joined Medeama from Kotoko in 2017 and worked under Samuel Boadu at Medeama during his spell at the club.
