Ghana's sole representatives in the CAF Champions League Accra Hearts of Oak  are planning on playing an International friendly game in the coming days before facing Guinean side CI Kamsar.

The phobians are planning on playing against either Asec Mimosas of Ivory Coast while Burkinabe side Sonabel Ouagadougou are also in the offing.

It will provide the team with a feel of playing International matches and also to step up their preparations for their African campaign.

The phobians are yet to finalize talks with the two sides but talks are underway so that the friendly will go ahead this week.

Hearts will first travel to Guinea for the first league tie which is scheduled to take place between  10-12 September 2021 in Conakry before the second leg in Accra on 17-19 September.

A daunting task awaits the winner of the tie between Hearts and Kamsar as they will  face Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club in the first round in October.

The winner of the first round tie advances to the group stage of the competition which starts in February 2022.

Hearts of Oak won the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup double this season .
