Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak, Mark Noonan has reiterated the club’s commitment to completing the state-of-the-art training complex, dubbed ‘Pobiman Project’ which has been in the pipeline for almost a decade.

Board Chairman Togbe Afedi earlier this year disclosed an agreement with European firm Prefabex Modular Building Solutions over the construction of the edifice.

Many fans are understandably still skeptical after successive managements have failed to deliver on their promise of a new training complex.

However Noonan insists the project will happen following what he calls a ‘major investment’ with a building manufacturer to erect the edifice.

The Pobiman Ultra Modern Training Complex will be housed with Staff Residence, Senior Housing Unit, GYM, Training Centers (Pitches), Laundry, Swimming Pool, Lockers, Toilet Facilities, Kitchen and Dinning Hall.
