Ghana Premier League champions Accra Hearts of Oak will now their fate on Friday 13th August,2021 when the draw for the CAF Champions League preliminary stage will be conducted.

The Accra based side won the Ghana Premier League after beating fierce rivals Asante Kotoko to the title in a keenly contested league and will represent the country.

The phobians will be looking to add up to their only CAF Champions League title won in 2000 when they know their opponents on Friday after the draw is done.

All member countries that will participate in the competition have submitted their list of clubs following the expiration of the deadline for the competition.

The draw will be done on Cairo on Friday but the matches for the preliminary round will start in September this year.

Samuel Boadu and his side did not only win the Ghana Premier League title but also won the MTN FA Cup after beating AshGold on penalties.
