Hearts of Oak maybe about to lose their top marksman in the cancelled 2019/2020 league season to a Qatari club.

As reported by kickgh.com, the Accra based club have received a mouth watering contract offer for their prized asset.

It will be no surprise considering most clubs in the Ghana Premier League are money pinching and Hearts obviously will need the cash to sort out a lot of things.

Hearts are believed to be mulling over a juicy $200,000 contract offer from the Gulf region after an impressive debut season for Kofi Kordzi.

The club's management team must decide whether to accept the offer or turn it down and things will be clearer in the coming days.

Kordzi has two more years on his contract he has with the Phobians after joining them last season from lower tier side Royal FC.

The attacker was the club's topscorer in the truncated 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season after scoring six goals in 14 appearances for Hearts.
