Hearts round up preparations ahead of Ashgold clash with friendly win over Glow Lamp Academy

Accra Hearts of Oak who are still in pre-season put finishing touches to their preparations as they defeated Glow Lamp Soccer Academy by three goals to nil on Saturday.

Two goals from Obeng Kwadwo Junior who recently extended his contract with the club and another from Emmanuel Nettey gave the phobians a comfortable three nil lead.

The phobians will not play their first league game until Tuesday when they face Ashantigold at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hearts have had their league opener delayed after several of their players tested positive for coronavirus but have now been handed the all clear after they all tested negative to play.

It saw their opening league game against Aduana Stars called off last week but the club is now free to begin playing football.
