HFC Bank has inaugurated its state-of-the-art branch in Tema Community 25, the second in the industrial city of Ghana.

Mr Robert Le Hunte, the Managing Director of HFC Bank, said the new branch was an affirmation of the Bank's strategy of bringing banking to the doorstep of the people and making it easier and convenient to its customers.

He said the Adjiriganor branch commissioned earlier this year, and the upgrade of Tudu and Ridge and other new branches would soon be outdoored, and many of the existing branches were to be upgraded.

'The Bank has trained its staff to ensure quality customer care is provided to clients to create an ambiance of quality customer service,' he added.

Mr Le Hunte said the current restructuring of the Bank was to enhance the customer experience and value proposition.

He underscored the importance of retail and community banks to the growth strategy of the Bank as it touches the hearts of individuals.

He assured existing and potential customers in the Tema Community 25 and its environs to expect nothing short of excellent service, which has become the Bank's hallmark.

He urged the customers to provide the Bank officials with feedback on the services being offered, since that was the only way to enhance and improve the bank offerings.

The official inauguration of the Tema Community 25 branch brings to 42 the number of HFC Bank branches nationwide.

The Bank is also set to revamp the Bolgatanga Branch which has been in operation prior to the official opening.
