Former Supporters chief of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futtah has lashed out at the management of the club for sacking Samuel Boadu without lining up an adequate replacement.

Hearts of Oak showed coach Samuel Boadu the exit after just three matches in the season after a difficult start to the campaign.

The club was preparing for their CAF Confederations Cup game against AS Real Bamako and bizarrely announced former Kotoko assistant coach David Ocloo as an assistant coach even without a head coach before the club added that he will be an interim coach.

Ocloo barely had a week before facing AS Real Bamako and were handed a big reality check.

"I am not against the sacking of Samuel Boadu but they needed to get a replacement in place," Futtah

"You sacked a coach without a plan for a successor?

“How can you sack your coach and then hire an assistant coach of Kotoko to lead you to Africa? That was a funny decision."

He added, "You can line up Messi, Ronaldo and all the best players in the world in this situation, they will mess up."

"With all due respect to these gentlemen, I can tell you that this is the worst ever [Hearts of Oak] management so far."

Hearts will seek to overturn the 3-0 deficit this weekend when they host the Malian side in Accra for the second leg.
