When he cancelled his first concert in June after the death of six of his fans through an accident, Tamale-based Hiplife artiste, Fancy Gadam, was so sure of making it up to the people who had been with him from day one, when he announced that another concert would come off on September 7.

The concert was dubbed "The Return of Fancy Gadam X Patoranking" and was expected to shake Tamale but fans were left disappointed for the second time because it was called off and now Fancy Gadam, who says he is extremely sad about how things have turned out, wants his fans to still have faith in him.

Talking about what led to the cancellation of this second concert, the Total Cheat hitmaker said the Moslems in Tamale who went on the Hajj Pilgrimage this year were expected to arrive in the country from September 14 but unfortunately, their date was brought forward to September 7, the same day he was to hold his concert and he could not do anything about it.

“I want to tell my fans I have not given up on them yet. I have a lot for them and I want to use this opportunity to tell them that I am sorry for what happened but God knows best,” he told Graphic Showbiz.

Fancy Gadam who says he invested GHS300,000 into the concert and is aware he is not going to make back the money, said he is glad his fans still love him and they keep encouraging him.

“ I have received not less than 10 calls and messages telling me not to give up but go for gold. The concert not happening twice was beyond my control. I really wish it could have happened because I hold my fans in high esteem,” he stated.

For now, Fancy Gadam is not sure when the concert will be held saying he has left it in God's hands.
