Shatta Wale while relishing his song feature on Beyoncé's 'Lion King' album, claimed that he sounded like Celion Dion in the 'Already' dancehall track. 

The controversial  dancehall artiste also revealed that he has been receiving calls for international projects, since Beyoncé’s Lion King album was released.

On having a silky voice like Celine Dion, Shatta Wale said in an interview he granted;

A lot of producers around the world have contacted me with most saying that they like my voice. It was after that I listened to my voice well and I realized that I sound like Celine Dion.” 

The much talked about album by pop queen, Beyoncé was released on last Friday.

The 14 track album, The Lion King: The gift sees Shatta Wale featured in song number 11 – ’Already’.

He is the only Ghanaian on the list of 10 African artistes.

Beyoncé ranked by Forbes as the most powerful female in entertainment in 2015 and 2017 featured five Nigerian artistes, Mr Eazi, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy and Wizkid.

It also has a Cameroonian and two South Africans.
