Hearts trainer Samuel Boadu has set his sights on matching the lofty standards set at the club by the late legendary coach Sir Cecil Jones Attuquayefio.

Attuquayefio was the Ghana version of what Manchester United had with the legendary Sri Alex Ferguson where they swept all that was before them almost every season.

The late Sir Jones Cecil Attuquayefio laid a siege on the Ghana Premier League where he won the trophy on six consecutive occasions in the early 2000's.

He also won the club's first ever CAF Champions League and CAF Confederations Cup trophies among others during his lengthy stint with Hearts of Oak.

The former Medema gaffer who joined Hearts two seasons ago is gradually following in the trail of the late Jones Attuquayefio as he won the league in his maiden season and added the MTN FA Cup and the Super Cup.

This season he won the President's Cup beating Kotoko to it and also added the MTN FA Cup after beating Bechem United and equaling the late Jones Attuquayefio's back to back FA Cup sucess.

Speaking in an interview, Coach Samuel Boadu intimated that he wants to emulate the work done by Jones Attuquayefio at Hearts of Oak

"I want to be like the late Cecil Jones Attuquayefio. May his soul rest in peace. I am gradually learning from some of the things he did and I know very soon I will get there,", he told Kumasi-based radio station Oyerepa FM.

Coach Samuel Boadu since joining Hearts of Oak has won five trophies in total for the phobians in two seasons which is a remarkable feat.
