New Aduana Stars coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin says that he has taken charge of the team to make it more youthful.

Paa Kwesi Fabin makes a return to the Aduana job after holding a similar position some two seasons ago before he was relieved of his position due to a spate of bad results.

The club has over the years relied on a lot of veterans and players who have served the club for long periods but it appears Paa Kwesi Fabin's second reign is a departure from the use of old legs as he will be drafting in a lot of young players who can play for long.

“Nana Agyemang Badu feels with my experience with the youth we can infuse more youthful players into the team. So, that is the idea, that is to infuse the youth into the team this time around so they can play for a longer period”

“Infusing young players into the team doesn’t mean we are going to evict the old players, we are going to blend the youth and the experience players because you can’t just throw out the experience ones for the youth, it won’t help”

He was later replaced by Joseph Asare Bediako who was later jettisoned as results went bad at the club.

After the sacking of Asare Bediako, former Inter Allies coach Felix Aboagye and also  Bessa Ben Zola all were in charge of the team at some point in the 2021/2022 season.

Aduana Stars finished the campaign in the 11th position on the league log and would want to improve on their performance in the coming season.

Fabin who signed a two year contract will be assisted by WO Tandoh in his new role.
