Former Great Olympics head coach Godwin Attram has reiterated that he will make a return to the team if management of the Accra based side make a profound statement on he (Attram's) good intentions for the team.

Speaking to Happy FM, the former player-coach said he is ready to make a return as coach only if the club's management admit that he was right all along and that he only had the right intentions for Olympics.

Speaking on Happy FM, Attram declared that, “Unless the club realize their mistake and accept that what I wanted to implement in the club was the right idea and also, chairman of the club (Amarkai Amarteifio) should open up the lid through press release that the plan I had for the club was the best and no matter what the situation I should be given the club to manage for three to four years because I have something good for Olympics.”

“It hurts when I heard that I was using Olympics for my personal interest. I can say that they’re rather using it for their personal gains,” the 36-year-old added.

“I started my career at Olympics and through hard work and determination I made it and I've been preaching to my players that should they follow my lead they’ll also find the same success. That’s what I wanted.”

“So, when they tell me that I, Godwin Attram is the cause of the club’s predicament, I become enraged because for after all that I did for the club, they couldn’t acknowledge my efforts,” Attram concluded. He said

Attram led the club to an impressive return to top flight football after sometime off the scene but struggled to at the beginning of the Ghana premier league season.

He was thus replaced by Swedish trainer Tom Strand who is still struggling to steer the club above 15th place where they currently stand in the league log.

Olympics can boast of only 19 points after 20 league games so far this season.
