Legon Cities striker Richmond Antwi is glad to have scored his first goal for struggling Legon Cities in the Ghana Premier League.

The striker scored in the 9th minute of their match day 23 game against Ebusua Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Antwi joined the Ghana Premier League side in February but has struggled for game time and also to score goals for the club but scored his first in the match which ended abruptly.

"First of all it was very great since joining Legon Cities it is my first goal"

"Where I was I was scoring for fun so I expected to do same but it has not been easy but I hope we will stay in the league."

The striker added that he hopes his side will beat Liberty Professionals during their match day 24 clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.

"I expect to score another goal in their match against Liberty Professionals

I'm really hungry for goals" he added.
