Members of the Ghana Football Association will on Friday go to polls to elect leader for the new 12 member executive council which will run the affairs of the our football.

They will also elect a new Ghana Football Association president who will steer the affairs of our football for the next four years.

Some pundits and persons in the game believe president of Kpando Hearts of Lions, Mr Randy Abbey should have gone for the ultimate job with his in-depth knowledge and experience in the game.

But speaking in an interview with Asempa Fm, the Kpando Hearts of Lions President who is among nine persons from the division one seeking a place on the Executive council says he is content with the executive council positions he is aspiring and believes he is not bigger than that role.

"I appreciate those saying I should have contested for the presidency, but in all humility,I don't think I'm bigger than the position of an EXCO member. The EXCO I believe is even more important " he said.
