Accra Great Olympics midfielder Gladson Awako has not shut down a return abroad to ply his trade If such an opportunity presents itself.

The well traveled footballer who is now 30 years has been a revelation in this season's Ghana Premier League for Accra Great Olympics turning heads with his breathtaking displays.

Despite being tipped for greatness during his formative years with the Black Satellites, Awako failed to live up to the hype although he had trials at Tottenham, Inter Milan all did not work.

The midfielder who helped Ghana win the World U-20 Youth Championship title would go on t o play for TP Mazembe, Don Bosco all in Congo and then Phoenix Rising before making a return to Ghana two seasons ago.

He says he is still looking forward to travel abroad as he believes he has what it takes to play abroad.

“I am still looking forward to travelling outside if the chance comes because I feel I have what it takes," he told Asempa FM.

"I am still fit and strong compared to what I went through in the past. This time around I am having a good time with Great Olympics but I am ready to welcome a move abroad" he added
