Inter Milan left-back Kwadwo Asamoah has charged his teammates to improve following his side goalless draw against US Sassuolo on Saturday.

The Nerazurris dominated possession throughout the encounter, but they failed to move the ball with the necessary pace and precision needed to break down Roberto de Zerbi’s well-drilled defensive unit.

The Ghanaian international shared his thoughts after the game;

“Many times we went to press, they lost the ball often and in those situations there was only the last pass to go on goal, but we made a mistake - the debut started -  At one point the coach told us that we have to stay serene because when we tried to immediately unlock the game there was a bit 'of frenzy, but we missed a lot of balls”

”I think we have to work and improve on that because when you manage to score goals you have to keep the ball, take possession and let the opponents out, then when there is a chance you have to attack better, we have to improve on that”

Inter Milan will hope to return to winning ways when they plays as guests to Torino on Sunday, January 27.
