One of the revelations of last season's Premier League campaign, young striker for Liberty Professionals Bernard Arthur spoke to Ghanaguardian.com about his expectations for the upcoming season.

Ghanaguardian reporter Daraja Mutari caught up with the prolific forward at the club's official kit launch yesterday as the forward touched on some issues for the upcoming season.

With coach Sellas Tetteh now in charge of the club, do you see Liberty going as far challenging for the title?

BA: I hope you know more about Sellas Tetteh, he is a very great coach and we hope for the best.

As a striker have you set any personal targets for yourself in terms of goal scoring for the team next season?

BA: Actually I don't count goals, I just score them. If I score 15 times that's great, but as a striker day in day out your job is to score goals, if you don't score you assist to help the team. The most important thing is helping the team to win the league or finish in the top 4.

How does the new kit manufactured by Mayniak sports wear brand feel on you?

BA: I feel really cool in it. It fits well and feels like the European ones I have played in so I think it will help us a lot.

what are your expectations for the upcoming season?

BA: The expectations are very high last season it went well and this season change has come so everything is going to change. It's going to be difficult but we are expecting something high.
