Medeama SC have announced the departure of midfielder Isaac Agyenim Boateng after the expiration of his four year contract.

The player is set to join his former boss Samuel Boadu at Accra Hearts of Oak on a free transfer after leaving the mauve and yellow.

Boateng, 25, has left the Mauve and Yellows following the expiration of his long-term contract.

He struggled to get a look-in in the Medeama set up especially under new coach Yaw Preko.

The forward spent four seasons in Tarkwa, contributing significantly to the team’s involvement in the league and the FA Cup.

He joined Medeama from Asante Kotoko in May 2017.
