Finally, Kwadwo Asamoah has become a Inter Milan player after completing a free transfer from Juventus.

The transfer saga finally reached its conclusion earlier this week when the Nerazzurri announced the 29 year on a three year contract.

The versatile Ghanaian has been a mainstay of the domestic-conquering Juventus side for the past six years, winning the title in every one of those campaigns. He's even managed three doubles - league and Cup titles - along the way.

Speaking to KweséESPN for the first time since completing his move to the San Siro, Asamoah expressed his joy and also reiterated his desire to return to the national set up soon.

"Last season I always trained well and played regularly, I felt great like never before. The national team? I always said that once I would be back in full shape, one day I would be back. That moment is approaching " .

Ghana is scheduled to resume the qualifiers to Cameroon 2019 Afcon with a trip to Kenya on September 7.
