Scotland International James Forrest has been waxing lyrical about his teammate Jeremie Frimpong as their partnership on the right flank is blossoming into something else.

For so long a time Forrest has been playing with Lustig and even started the season with Hatem Abd Elhamed but due injury concerns he has a new partner in the shape of Jeremie Frimpong who this season has been in leaps and bounds for the bhoys.

Frimpong who started his trade as a winger at Man City has that attacking instincts with much attack although he is equally good with his defensive duties.

“Ever since he’s been in the team he’s done really well and in the games I’ve played with him we’ve linked up really well. He’s good for me to have in the team because of how attacking he is” Forrest said, as reported by the Celtic View.

The 18 year old was no where near the first team until an injury to Hatem Abd Elhamed opened the door for him and since then he has not looked back dazzling with his performances.

He hopes to be a mainstay in the team with his stellar performances even when the regular right back makes a return.
