Jeffrey Schlupp was on target for Crystal Palace in their 2-0 win over Fulham FC in the opening day of the Premier League on Saturday.

The Ghanaian international broke the deadlock at Craven Cottage few minutes to the end of the first with a cracking finish.

The Eagles wrapped up the win on the 80th minute through Ivorian international Wilfred Zaha who outwitted goalkeeper Fabricio before shooting into an empty net.

Schlupp lasted the entire duration as Palace kicked off their 2018/19 campaign with a convincing display.

Compatriot and new summer signing Jordan Ayew did not make the matchday squad despite completing his first training session with the team on Friday.
