It was bitter sweet for Ghanaian striker John Antwi as he scored for his Egyptian side Pyramids  FC and went into the history books as the only foreigner to have scored a hundred goals in the Egyptian league.

He scored the first goal of the game but ultimately it was just a consolation goal as Pyramids lost 2-1 to El Gouna on Sunday in the Egyptian League.

Zambian Walter Bwalya scored a brace the first one just a minute after half time before adding the winning goal in the 63rd minute.

The Ghanaian striker scored his 70th goal in his side's two nil triumph over Arab Contractors in a league game in February this year.

He achieved the feat by playing four different clubs in Egypt namely Ismaily, Al Ahly , Misr Lel Makasa and Pyramids having first signed for Ismaily his first Egyptian side after joining from Sekondi Eleven Wise in 2012.

The 28-year-old striker previously scored 35 goals for Ismaily, 11 goals for Al Ahly  40 goals for Misr Lel Makasa and 14 goals for Pyramids FC to reach his century.
