Ghana have been boosted by the availability of John Boye after serving out his suspension at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

The defender missed Saturday’s game with Cameroon after receiving a red card during the opening day draw with Benin.

The 31 year old was given his marching orders in the 54th minute of the game after picking two yellow cards.

However coach Kwesi Appiah has the FC Metz guardsman available for the decisive Group F encounter against Guinea-Bissau on Tuesday and is likely to hand him a starting place in his squad.

The four-time winners will need to beat the Wild Dogs to progress to the last 16 of the competition.
